Hedonist a.m.
Lady Grace Drummond-Hay – a journalist – accompanied the spectacular first world tour of a Zeppelin in 1929. During this exciting time, ground-breaking innovations were taking place at FORTIS. These included plenty of watches in flat housings. With the Terrestis Collection, FORTIS has now taken a trip back almost 80 years, bringing this model back to life with the latest technology. With a nod to the 1930s and 1940s, FORTIS presents the new 901.20.12 Hedonist a.m.
The housing has a diameter of 40mm and is 5 bar water resistant. The Swiss automatic movement can be glimpsed through the glass back, secured with 6 screws. With the silver-opal face, the raised black numerals, the rosé-gilded indices, the permanent small second hand, and the Feuille hands, also 5N rosé-gilded, it mimics the era of great explorers and thinkers like our founder Walter Vogt.
